Actual expenses (accommodations, meals, etc)

v We request a $150 retainer to be charged to the number of hours you authorize. After the initial research period is exhausted, you can pre-pay, or we can bill you for additional time in predetermined increments

v We prefer to work in six (6) hour blocks of time and charge in fifteen minute increments. In most cases, the time is split 2/3 research and 1/3 set-up and report preparation.

v When presented with complicated or obviously long term projects, we cannot predict the time needed to conclude the assignment. In these cases, we will keep the client informed with progress reports either via e-mail or US postal mail.

v If your project leads out of our expertise or area of research we may ask for permission to sub-contract some of the research to another professional. Be assured we only sub-contract researchers with the high standards we set for ourselves.

v We charge for the cost of any long distance faxes

v When the authorized maximum is reached we will ask to have a new contract authorization signed before proceeding.
